1. We have a strong technical force. As a national secondary enterprise, we collaborate closely with 81 colleges and universities, and research institutes of the nation, thereby maintaining a stable 45% of technical force of all the staff in the company.
2. We have high efficient management in manufacturing and marketing. Management in product design and manufacturing are done with the help of computers. CAD and MIS LAN are adopted both in the management of operation and the whole marketing process of service before, during and after selling.
3. Our technology is in full line with the international standards. Production is organized strictly according to GB/T19001:2000 idt ISO9001:2000. Welding process is fully automatic, inspection of welding in pressure parts is 100% X-rayed, products designed and manufactured according to German AD rules and American ASME standards.
4. All our products are made on the highly efficient assembly line, with testing methods and processing equipment in step with international advanced level. Among more than 480 sets of key equipment and installations, 55mm plate bender, 800T hydro-press and 5m vertical lathe are used to make super large-scale facilities. The advanced 3m steel plate pre-treatment line can double the corrosion stability and anti oxidant capacity of steel. The N. C. cutting machine, which takes the lead internationally, can ensure highly smooth cutting and accuracy of size. Various types of special die arrangement are guarantees that the accuracy of boiler tube plate, corrugated and taper furnace and screwed flue in manufacturing and formation is always within the preferable tolerance zone and that all spare parts are assembled with high accuracy. With their excellent automatic properties, welding devices inclusive of argon and submerged-arc welding machines can meet the quality requirement of weld joint. The technique control for heat treatment after welding or in local areas, which is applied to eliminate the residual stress of neighboring joints, now takes absolute lead in the world. Perfect accuracy in testing and inspection is ensured with the use of Denmark circle X-ray expose machine, Kodak automatic film processor, and facilities for phase examination and mechanical verification. The negative of all welding seams can be protected for more than 7 years in the testing center. |
